Nimal is paralysed from waist down. The tragedy hit her about 18 years ago when she was studying in 12th grade. She had a fever and during the treatment the doctor administered a wrong injection which made her paralyzed from waist down. A hip replacement surgery was done to make her walk, but that made her condition worse. They have very little land which is mortgaged for her treatment. Jibin Joseph is a severe autistic baby with cerebral palsy by birth. He has no sense of hearing and is unable to speak.
