Ann Merry needs our help in starting her BSc Nursing course at a college in Coimbatore. Her father, Robert is an auto-driver who hires an auto on daily rent, earning about Rs. 6,000 per month. Her mother was working as an assistant at a hospital. But she had to leave that job to look after her bed-ridden mother and father-in-law.
Robert is living in their ancestral house, which is part-owned by his brothers and sisters. He approached many banks for an education loan for Ann Merry’s studies, but he was refused since he does not have any property in his name.
The family also has other loans to pay off, and they are in no position to fund Ann Merry’s education. They approached MicroCharity for financial assistance.
