Treatment for Baby Antonietta

Baby Antonietta (11 months), daughter of Abraham and Mercy, is in dire need of our financial assistance. She has mitochondrial disease and doctors had told that she would survive only for a month after birth. By the grace of God, she is 11 months old now, but has been going through prolonged health issues. She was in the ICU at St. Martha’s hospital, Bangalore in December. Seeing the family’s struggle with medical expenses, the hospital waived off their bill. But again, the baby has been hospitalized and has been on the ventilator for the past ONE MONTH!!

Abraham is an orphan himself and has been running an orphanage called Child Welfare Trust. Most of the children completed their studies and moved away, and there are very few inmates now. Abraham and Mercy’s first two children were born healthy, but died when they were just 5 days old due to unknown reasons. Antonietta, their precious little girl is now struggling with health issues. This couple need your prayers along with your financial assistance at the moment.

MicroCharity approves fund request of Rs. 1,00,000.

Fund raising has closed for this cause Rs. 1,00,000 is raised from 23 micro donations in 11 days. We will be paying the money shortly to Hospital.

Rs 1 Lakh is transferred to St. Martha’s Hospital in 3 installments on 20th June, 4th July & 8th July 2016. She is much better now but still on machine support.
